These types of exercises involves the movement of many joints and major muscle groups, thus they stimulate more muscle growth than other exercises.

Before you begin with your work outs, make sure that you undergo proper warm up to be able to carry enough weights and stimulate massive muscle growth. Without warm ups, the risk of injury is quite high especially during the whole procedure, and not afterwards.
